Tees Valley Village Halls Network provides specialist advice, support and information about running a community facility to its members. Membership is open to the voluntary management committees of village halls and rural community buildings in the Tees Valley areas of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton, and North Yorkshire.

Diary NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021 The meeting will be held at Lazenby Village Hall, High Street, Lazenby TS6 8DU starting at 7 pm on Tuesday 23rd November 2021 Agenda 1. Apologies for absence 2. Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held in November and December 2020 3. Chairman’s report 4. Treasurer’s report and accounts for the year 1st February 2019 to 31st January 2020 and financial information for the period 1st February 2021 to 31st October 2021 5. Election of the Steering Committee 6. Other business notified to the Chairman by 16th November 2021 Note The constitution provides for a Steering Committee of 10 plus co-optees. The present elected Committee members are Barbara Braithwaite (Summerhouse), Peter Byers (Stainton), Peter Brown (Egglescliffe), David Darling (Middleton St.George) Joyce Gregory (Maltby), Bill Goldfinch (Whessoe), Denise Nesbitt (Liverton), Glynis Thirlaway (Wolviston) and Brian Wake (Long Newton). Janice McColm from Tees Valley Rural Action, is a co-opted member.
